VakaCloud guardian invoicing is now available

In early childhood education, invoicing has traditionally meant moving data by hand between spreadsheets, email, and accounting systems. We have released guardian invoicing in VakaCloud, which makes financial administration seamless.

Everything in one ecosystem​

Our goal is to remove the administrative chaos. With the new feature, invoices are created directly from real day-to-day information (for example early childhood education contracts and realized care hours). We are not building a separate sales ledger for you. We bring the daycare's everyday work and financial administration into one system.

What this means for you in practice​

  • Automation and time saved: The system creates period invoices automatically from the saved invoice templates and contracts.
  • One view for the guardian: Guardians see all of their own invoices in the VakaCloud portal, together with their other daycare information.
  • Flexible export options: You can collect payments through online payments, or export the invoice data straight to your own accounting system.
